Digital Development Council The board of the Council, has an independent Chair and 10 members. The inaugural Board has appointees from the Telecommunications Users Association, InternetNZ, NZ Computer Society, Women in Technology Group, the 2020 Communications Trust, Local Government NZ, Business NZ, Te Huarahi Tika Trust, the ICT industry and the community and voluntary sector.
